General Introduction Zhong Wang Aluminum(ZWA) Group :

       ZWA Group is the second largest industrial aluminium extrusion product developer and manufacturer in the world and the largest in Asia. The Group has been primarily focusing on the light-weight development in the ecological construction, transportation, machinery and equipment and electric power engineering sectors through the provision of quality fabricated aluminium products.                                                                           

General project information:

      The hot rolling line, which consists of an edger, two 4-high hot reversingroughing mills and a 5-stand finishing train, rolls the ingots to the required finalcoiling thickness. The quantity of reversing passes in the hot roughing milldepends on the alloy grade of the ingots.

Supervision of mechanical erection of all equipments of HSM

Carry out open package inspection (OPI) for all import equipment together with ZWA (see packing lists).

Communication with Zhongwang customer and with SMS colleagues on job site (Mr. Suo Donghong , SV Fluid systems . Mr. Zhou Jian, SV Electrics ; Mr. Lubos Bocarnikov, SV Mech for a 5-stand finishing train). Communication with Mr. Thomas Schönberner (General Site Manager)
